We do that by walking alongside you through every stage of your faith journey - from making the decision to follow Christ, to taking steps like water baptism, to making it easy for you to get connected at church through Serve Teams and Groups.

Step 1 is a quick gathering after service every first Sunday of the month where you can get to know the mission and culture of Victory Church, learn our essential beliefs, and be set up for discovering your gifts and callings in Step 2.
Step 2 isn't about discovering if you're gifted; it's about discovering how you're gifted.
Complete a short, guided assessment covering both personality style and spiritual gifts. You'll walk away with real language for how you're wired and which Serve Teams tend to fit that design.
Become a part of something bigger! When you start serving, you see wins start happening in your life and in the lives around you.
At Step 3 you'll get to meet our Serve Team Captains and learn more about the teams you discovered in Step 2! This is your launchpad to getting connected at church and to start living out the purpose God has for you.
