Group Hosts Spring 2026: Important Info
Hi Small Group Hosts!

You did it! You made it through another semester of hosting and investing in others, and you also survived a major upgrade with the new Church Center App! Thank you so much for your patience and flexibility through all of the changes. It was definitely a learning curve for all of us, but we made it through, and the app has already been such a huge asset and success!

If you have anything you would like to discuss with me regarding groups, please do not hesitate to contact me! I am here to help and support you and our group members!

Spring groups will officially end this week.

If you are planning to continue your group through the summer semester, please let me know as soon as possible. I will need to make arrangements regarding your access in the church center app.

Starting this Friday, all groups will be archived in the app. This means you will no longer have access to your group, and all group chats, events, and notifications may be deleted. Please, please make sure your group members know they will lose access to the group after Friday.

Before groups are archived, please take a moment to “clean up” your group roster. If you have anyone listed who has not communicated or attended at all this semester, please remove them from your attendee list.

Summer Groups:

Summer groups are meant to be light, fun, and flexible! There will be no midweek group meetings at any campus during the summer semester.

Summer groups can include things like:
Dinner or lunch groups, prayer groups, service projects, grilling/fellowship groups, family groups, sports groups, park/playdate groups, fishing groups, walking/running/exercise groups, and more!

You’re also welcome to choose a curriculum if you’d like, just keep in mind that summer schedules can be unpredictable, so consistency may look a little different.

We want you to enjoy the summer season with your family and friends while still staying connected with others!

Again, thank you so much for your time, prayers, servant’s heart, and leadership. I truly love small groups and what they represent, and I’m so grateful for each of you and the way you’ve served this semester.

Let’s stay connected and keep investing in people!!

Blessings to you all!
